Ordering and customization

Choose your phone model and customization options carefully before checkout. For personalized products, check the spelling, capitalization, image selection, and preview before placing your order.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Promotions, holidays, and high order volume may require additional time.

How long does shipping take?

After shipment, estimated delivery is about 10-15 business days for US orders and about 15-20 business days for non-US orders. Remote areas, carrier delays, and customs clearance may add time.

How can I track my order?

We will email tracking information after your package is dispatched. Use the tracking link in that email. If the tracking page has not updated after several business days, contact us and include your order number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We will do our best to help, but an order cannot be changed or canceled once production or shipping has started.

What is your return policy?

Eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers pay return shipping unless the issue was our error.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or video. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
