Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Return and Refund Eligibility

If your order meets our return and refund conditions, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Clearance or final sale items and items damaged due to misuse are also non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact order@ucolorx.com. If the return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Processing Time

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the return or refund within 2-3 business days.

Refund Timing

After the refund is processed, the amount is usually credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. The exact posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after this time, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still need help, contact order@ucolorx.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos for review. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, and in some cases a return may not be required.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
