Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is about 10-15 business days for US orders and about 15-20 business days for non-US orders. Remote areas, local courier delays, or customs clearance may require additional time.
